Great Full Service Buying Experience I bought the car though USAA Car Buying Service. This is the second time I have used this service. The first time I did the "fleet salesmen" just hand I bought the car though USAA Car Buying Service. This is the second time I have used this service. The first time I did the "fleet salesmen" just handed me the keys and basically walked away. This time with Ms. Shaw I felt like I was her only walk in customer and she gave me great customer service. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car that your dealership sales. She has consistently stayed in touch with me throughout the buying process and the "Owe Me" portion to get my missing "Navigation Chip" that was missing in the car when I picked it up.
