While the sales person was nice I found the service to be poor. No value extended. 4 hrs when I gave my exact conditions. I drive a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport, never had an accident. I took it in to replace one of the front LED driving lights, interior lights that don’t turn on when the door opens (otherwise they work), accident. I was required to pay $270 diagnostic check (outrageous) before they would do anything. After the diagnostic was done, without calling me and explaining the issues and the bill, they sent me an email with a $6200 bill. Yes 6k. My car is maybe worth 10k. in insurance terms, my car is totaled. After all these issues, I had to bite the bullet on the $270 and I ended up getting just an oil change. I noticed on the receipt they gave me that they used the wrong oil. I told them the correct oil and it is listed on the oil cap. they “typed it in wrong” but the oil was right???? Very untrustworthy. Racking up items to bill you. The goal for the service dept is to charge you so much for maintenance that you just buy a new car. Never going here again. AVOID THE SERVICE CENTER AT ALL COST More
