Went there for specific vehicle but they couldn't find the key. Spotted another, and ended up buying it. Very uncomfortable room, no water. Finance guy missed to mention that they will not pay off my car ,probably till they sell it . It took almost 30 days. The day after my battery was dead. Couldn't get anyone on the phone especially David. AAA guy said buttery is almost dead. Dealership wanted me to bring car do they can replace battery free of charge. But it can not start so they said it will cost me more then $500 To tow it. The most deceiving dealership I have ever dealt. The worst thing is, you can not get anybody on the phone unless you are interested to buy. Disgusting More
On July 5, 2023, I purchased my 2021 Hyundai Elantra from Lehman Hyundai, located at 21400 NW 2ND AVE, Miami Gardens, FL 33169. Regrettably, on the same day of purchase, while salesman Luis Torres drove and Lehman Hyundai, located at 21400 NW 2ND AVE, Miami Gardens, FL 33169. Regrettably, on the same day of purchase, while salesman Luis Torres drove and I rode as a passenger to the gas station, we discovered that the air conditioner was not functioning properly. Luis Torres assured me that this issue would be addressed immediately. In good faith, I promptly reported the problem to the Lehman Hyundai service center. On July 6, 2023, I returned to the dealership, where I sat in the office with Luis Torres while the service center filled the car with dyed Freon in an attempt to resolve the air conditioning problem. I was also told to inform them if the air conditioning stopped working again. Unfortunately, this temporary solution proved ineffective, as the dyed Freon only lasted about a week before it started seeping out of the vents, causing the air conditioner to stop working entirely. This left me in an uncomfortable and unsafe position, especially given the scorching hot weather conditions prevalent in south Florida. In my quest for a resolution, I reached out to Luis Torres on July 17, 2023, seeking further assistance. However, he assured me he would get back to me, and since then, he has not answered any of my calls or provided any support. This prolonged and unresolved air conditioning issue has significantly disrupted my daily routine, affecting both my personal and professional life. Driving without a functional air conditioner in such extreme weather conditions poses risks to my well-being. During the vehicle purchase process, I was promised by Luis Torres that any necessary repairs would be addressed promptly, and I would be provided with a loaner vehicle to minimize any inconvenience. However, these commitments have been left unfulfilled, leaving me without a satisfactory resolution and without any assistance in the form of a loaner vehicle. As a valued customer, I have always admired Hyundai for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. However, this unfortunate experience has eroded my confidence in the brand's dedication to after-sales support. More
