To provide a follow-up to my previous complaint regarding the persistent air conditioning issue in my 2021 Hyundai Elantra. Regrettably, my concerns have not been addressed adequately, and I find myself facing an unreasonable wait time for service and continued uncertainty about a loaner vehicle. As previously mentioned, I purchased my 2021 Hyundai Elantra from Lehman Hyundai, located at 21400 NW 2ND AVE, Miami Gardens, FL 33169, on July 5, 2023. Unfortunately, the air conditioner has not functioned properly since that date, leaving me in an uncomfortable and unsafe situation, particularly considering the sweltering conditions in south Florida. On August 3, 2023, I was informed that I have an appointment for air conditioning service on September 8, 2023. To my dismay, this means enduring nearly two months without a functional air conditioner in a 2021 vehicle. The prolonged wait time is both unreasonable and unacceptable, considering the discomfort and inconvenience I have experienced during this period. It deeply concerns me that I have been forced to endure such a lengthy delay for a problem that should have been addressed promptly. This experience has caused me to question my decision to place my trust in the Hyundai brand. In addition, I must express my disappointment in the lack of clarity regarding a loaner vehicle during the service period. I was promised by Luis Torres, the salesman, that I would be provided with a loaner vehicle to mitigate the inconvenience. However, I have been informed that a loaner vehicle is not guaranteed and that I could potentially be charged for the service. I find it disheartening that I am now facing uncertainty not only about the resolution of my vehicle's air conditioning issue but also about how I will manage during the service period without a loaner vehicle. My request for a loaner vehicle was only made because of the assurance provided by Luis Torres. This experience has been disappointing and frustrating, especially given that this was my first major dealership purchase. I had higher expectations from Hyundai and believed in the brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I want to express that this treatment is not what I expected from Hyundai, and it is certainly not what I should have received after purchasing a vehicle from a reputable dealership. I feel frustrated and let down by the lack of support and the prolonged inconvenience I have had to endure.
