I bought a used car at this dealership on Saturday 04/29/23. Paid in full. There is a problem with the title that the finance person advised would be handled on Monday 05/01/23. So far I've spent 1 04/29/23. Paid in full. There is a problem with the title that the finance person advised would be handled on Monday 05/01/23. So far I've spent 10 hours over the past 2 days trying to get someone to call me back from the dealership. Nobody answers the phones except through the Sales extension, and when they do, messages are taken and nobody calls you back. Nobody responds to emails and nobody responds to inquires made from their own website live chat agents. Beware of this dealership, it appears that as soon as they get your money they are done with you. Next step I guess is going to have to be an attorney, I HAVE to get this title cleared up! More
They sold me a used 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe xl limited, without any used car warranty. It was a nice looking car from the outside in torrential rain (I bought it on that Wednesday a few weeks back in the t without any used car warranty. They did ask if I wanted to test drive it (I wish I had of done). The last owner was a smoker and the interior reeked of cigarettes. Made me want to heave! The passenger side of the car has a lot of dings and scratches on it. Also the bearings in the back wheels were making noise, so technically they sold me an unsafe car. I went back on the Saturday, but they didn’t want to help me out by offering to clean the car or get the bearings replaced. Or fix the dings or scratches. I detailed the car myself (at my cost) inside and used ozone to clean away the stink of smoke inside the car and the ac vents. I’m getting the rear bearings replaced tomorrow at my cost. The scratches and dings will have to wait. My advice? Don’t buy a used car from Lehman Hyundai, they will rip you off. More
