Would you believed that in the New car contract there is a charge of $399 for Lehman Hyundai being a "Private tag Agency" Maybe its legal but its not fair!! Dropped off car 8/24 examined 8/30, a part ordered, car pickup 9/14….(including Labor Day Weekend) Left without completed repairs, suction hose for A/C on back order. Orlando reassured us the A/C would worry and that he put dye in to identify any leaks. The Service Department is not serving the needs of it’s customers in a timely manner. I’m not sure what the problem is: a shortage in work force, limited number of repair bays, Hyundai breakdown more than other cars…Subaru did not appear to be busy, more Hyundai purchased, or D: all the above. Thankfully we felt our advisor, Orlando, was doing the best he could to move things along. He always returned phone calls with updates. Hopefully, Lehman Hyundai is looking into solving the service overload beyond having a greeter at the door…. More
