Don't bring your vehicle here. It's a waste of your time. They use tactics to deter your from getting your recall done. I set up an appointment and stated the reason. Told me they were busy and to come back another day? I said no. It's a rcecall and my car has been acting up. After waiting a few hours they told me they needed to keep it over night. I picked it up and they told me it was fine. Two days later my Sonata shut off in traffic. It didn't start up. Now I set up an appointment through Hyundai HQ for the next day. Twenty minutes later they call me from Lehman and say I have TO WAIT FOR 3 WEEKS just to get it in the shop? What about work, school, kids, etc? Wasting my time and money. I went on their website and they HAVE dozens of openings. I scheduled one and had no issues setting up an appointment. They are full of it. They don't want to honor the recall. So basically Hyundai's warranty is fraudulent if the shops don't honor them! More

The service rep. was professional, courteous and informative. The service took about 1.5 hours from my app time which is good for a busy dealer like Lehman. I Left my car there for 4 days and it still wasn’t serviced. It was just to fix a check engine light. The excuse I was given when I went to go pick up my car was, “the guy who was going to work on you serviced. It was just to fix a check engine light. The excuse I was given when I went to go pick up my car was, “the guy who was going to work on your car didn’t come to work today. He was supposed to call your extended warranty provider. So we’re just waiting on him.” That made absolutely no sense to me. I lost days of work because I was told 72 hours max to get the issue resolved. Immensely disappointed. More
