The process took almost 2 weeks. Dealership’s service department is woefully unprofessional and lacks even the most basic concepts of customer service. The absolute worst service department ever! I will never return for anything. The utter lack of communication and complete disregard for a customer’s time was unreal. Service Advisor Evelio Martinez was always too busy or just never returned a call as promised. Service Advisor/“Assistant Manager” Cristobal Vidal claimed that the system used to create quotes had been down but he was magically able to produce a price for the work that needed to be done manually after I had been requesting this for a week. My car was there for 10 days without a WRITTEN explanation of what the diagnostic test revealed or even a WRITTEN quote of the work that need to done to fix the problems. I would give a zero rating if I could. More
I've had my 2020 Hyundai Sonata for going on two years I've had it serviced twice , and was completely satisfied, The service advisor was very nice very explainable very detail when he spoke with me I was I've had it serviced twice , and was completely satisfied, The service advisor was very nice very explainable very detail when he spoke with me I was happy even to go in the waiting room and see coffee this last visit there was no coffee the service advisor was a very very nice guy but he just didn't explain he was in detail he didn't offer assistance for certain things and just feel so dissatisfied after paying so much money for a 30,000 mile maintenance .My last free oil change was supposedly deducted from the maintenance charges, so now I don't have an oil change left...??!!! just not excellent car care service anymore.Feeling very dissatisfied and disappointed!!!! More
