My service manager was very personable. However my impression is that the service dept is over stressed and understaffed. The service manager was good and personable. But I left feeling that the department was disorganized and did not have the time or wherewithal to do a complete car care service for the customer. No one answers the phone in the service center. They’ll tell you to come pick your car up likes it a rush and when you get there they just look at you and then acknowledge you after 5 mins of just They’ll tell you to come pick your car up likes it a rush and when you get there they just look at you and then acknowledge you after 5 mins of just standing there. I just bought a car and I’ve been there 3 times already because it’s giving problems. On top of that they’re saying they’re out of loaners.. like I said I just bought this car less than a month and you still can’t accommodate me? This place is very unorganized and I’m disappointed I came here. It’s actually a regret. This was my first time buying a car and the whole experience for me has been awful. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to even the dead. No exaggeration. More
