Mr. Hector Mora - Assistant General Manager, You responded to my recent follow up complaint stating that you were truly sorry about the unexpected charges and that you took these matters seriously. You also stated that I should reach out to you as soon as possible for a resolution. Hector Mora, I have responded to you the day before yesterday from my email and you did not respond. I sent you another email yesterday and you still did not respond. I am at your dealership right now servicing the vehicle and will be making my way to your office so continue to be dishonest. You cannot hide from GOD! People, these Managers and owners at Hyundai Miami are very dishonest and like to trick customers. I have been going to their offices for a solution and they kept hiding like thieves. These Managers have been responding to me from last year I bought the car and when I reach out with my email and phone number, they haven't responded.
