2 hours and half to changa a battery and I had an appointment. They said they were washing my car and when it arrived it was as dirty as before. I appreciate the service and attention by there office personnel at Lehman Hyundai. Wilka who attended to me on 8/23/22 was patient, kind, attentive and helpful. The car wash personnel, on the other hand, were dishonest about whether or not a car wash was done, despite it being part of the service offered by Lehman. In an effort to compensate for their dishonesty, (stating that the car appeared dirty because it was rained on when it was never washed), I was offered a detailed car wash if I agreed to come back the next day. The next day, after waiting for about an hr for the car to be detailed, I noticed the carpet under the floor Matt's were not vacuumed and the back of the SUV, and several other areas had not been cleaned at all. Turns out they were not detailed at all. Thank you More
I have bought at least 6 cars from Lehman / Doral. I get better service for less money at Rick Case. Until 2 years ago you guys had all my business. I bought 2 Genesis from you 2 SanteFe and a Sona I get better service for less money at Rick Case. Until 2 years ago you guys had all my business. I bought 2 Genesis from you 2 SanteFe and a Sonata last vehicle was a 2022 Kona that I got from Rick Case so if you want my opinion you need to be looking at your management team that makes decisions. By the way when I brought the original SantaFe back to you to trade it your team low Valdes me on a car the was in mint condition that Carvana gave $3500 more than your best offer. Good luck!! More
My service manager was very personable. However my impression is that the service dept is over stressed and understaffed. I think there has got to be a much better protocol for onboarding the customer and getting all of the customer’s concerns. Then there is a problem of communication follow up. The service manager was good and personable. But I left feeling that the department was disorganized and did not have the time or wherewithal to do a complete car care service for the customer. And the physical facility badly needs revamping. . More
