My car was towed for a problem with the ignition. It was “fixed” after many days because of a backlog. It broke down with exacrly the same problem 2 days later, nothing was fixed. I was basically blamed for the problem and told that to fix it i needed to spend money because the actual fix was not covered by the warranty. I asked for a quote and never heard back from my specialist. I received a text saying that it was ready. It is working for now and i was not charged extra. However I did spend $408 on a rental that i had to get for when the car was towed the second time and i need to be reimbursed. More
