This Dealership is the worst. They are crooks. DON'T TRUST THEM EVER. They sold me a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe and when they offered me a trade in value from Kelly Blue Book the offe They are crooks. I showed them the KBB that printed out which was for $10K. I just sol my car for cash $8700.00. When I looked at their KBB they left off may options and packages to make the price low. I told them I am not the person to mess with as I know my stuff and I said I would make sure everyone would know and here it is. Research very well if you are going to deal with this dealership. Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg will make you a better deal and is trust worthy. More

Bought a 23 ioniq 5 from these folks, they "accidently" out the wrong financing on the paperwork through their bank instead of Hyundai fiance. Screwed me out of the free EVSE charger, gave back crappy con out the wrong financing on the paperwork through their bank instead of Hyundai fiance. Service managers are all burnt out and have a terrible attitude especially the female one who talks trash about customers within earshot. More
Something is off with this place. The service advisor tried her best but rest of the service members acted like their life is in danger. I am still wondering about their shop charge of 7 dollars that was added on an oil change that was quoted at $59 which ended up being $74 out the door. More
Let me drive off the lot after a diagnostic without properly screwing the engine back in! My car was at the dealership for about 10 hours with minimal communication about what was going on. I tried to get a hold of my service technician a 3-4x to in the afternoon who neglected to answer to minimal communication about what was going on. I tried to get a hold of my service technician a 3-4x to in the afternoon who neglected to answer to provide an update. No courtesy car was offered, and no one offered to give me back my car after the morning, knowing that they didn’t get a response from the tire warranty company. Furthermore, she had someone drive my car to me because I have 2 toddlers and then I had to drive them back to the dealership. Totally unacceptable service. Communication was horrible. My car was kept unnecessarily for 10 hours when perhaps a better solution would have been to allow me to get the car after the initial repair had been fixed and then hear from the tire warranty company More
Oliwer was great in supporting me to find the right vehicle for me. He spent the time over the course of a few days test driving multiple cars with me. I had the worst experience at Hyundai of Palatine service department today. Dana was the Service Advisor and Chris was dealing with me. I reached right on time when my appointment was scheduled. Chris told m department today. Dana was the Service Advisor and Chris was dealing with me. I reached right on time when my appointment was scheduled. Chris told me it will take about an hour. I went back to Chris after one hour to check on the status and he told me to wait as he is closing paperwork, after waiting for another 30 minutes I went back again as nothing happened, this time I asked Dana and she said we lost the paperwork so it’s going to take more time and she went out of f the room then I went up to Chris asking what is going on, he said they couldn’t do anything because their equipment is not working. I said why was I not informed, he said “things happen”. I got frustrated and asked them to return my car. They have no respect for their customers time. I told them I will post this review and see if anyone cares to contact me back as I ended up not getting any work on my car today. More
