Poor communication and unresolved post-sale issues. My experience purchasing a vehicle here was difficult due to the length of the process, but the post-sale customer service has been the real issue. Six weeks after purchasing my car, I am still waiting on the second set of keys that was misplaced at delivery. I am posting this review because direct communication has not worked. Over the last 5+ weeks, I have had to follow up with the dealership 7 separate times regarding this issue: Initial Delay: It took 13 days and 3 follow-up emails from me just to receive confirmation that the keys were lost and a replacement set needed to be ordered. Lack of Follow-Up: After requesting home delivery, my emails went unanswered for 11 days until I followed up again. Current Status: My last direct email was sent on June 2nd asking to escalate the issue, which went unanswered for 4 days. The dealership's public response to my feedback was to ask me to call them to discuss the matter further. Because they already have my contact information and our complete email history, the administrative burden should not be on the customer to chase down a solution. As of today, I still have no official confirmation, tracking number, or delivery date for the keys. I would advise future buyers to ensure all items are physically present at delivery before completing their transaction. More

I leased an Ioniq 9 last year and just recently bought an Ioniq 5 from here, and I truly felt like I had an outstanding experience every time I come here. I did a delivery to my house with the Ioniq 5 and th Ioniq 5 from here, and I truly felt like I had an outstanding experience every time I come here. I did a delivery to my house with the Ioniq 5 and there were was an issue large enough to need the car looked at and eventually swapped. Tiffany and Bruce did all the right things to get this rectified, and they will be the first place I would recommend to get your/our next Hyundai. Wonderful throughout! More
