Your waiting room was comfortable and I could connect to your wifi. It didn't take as long as I had anticipated to service the car. Anthony informed me what had been done, we compared the estimate to the invoice amount (it was the same), and he also told me they had checked other things just to be certain. It's that extra bit that sets you apart. I don't know much about car terminology and it didn't matter because Anthony explained everything in everyday clear English. He's a great example of outstanding customer service in a world where it just doesn't seem to matter anymore. I also love my Subaru and intend to have it serviced only by your dealership. More

This was in 2011 and I've always brought my car there for service since then. I'm not a car person and I've always felt they've been straight up enough to keep me coming back. It might depend on who you deal with when you go in, but I've always felt ok about the service advisors there. Although, I had a guy there last fall, who I had never seen before, who after the inspection, brought me a mega list or repairs I needed. Long story short, I had them take care of a small portion of that list, the things I knew I needed, and the guy told me I would probably be ok take care of the rest later. I feel pretty strongly the guy was trying to gouge me for as much as he could. I went back recently for an oil change and see about these repairs. I dealt with Kris Halstead, and he said the car was looking ok, and that might want get my transmission serviced the next time around, but could wait until the next oil change if I needed to. I felt like he was a pretty straight up guy and was being honest. I know I do have plenty to have taken care of my car in the near future with the mileage it has, but I greatly appreciate when they're honest and reasonable about what it really needs. That's what keeps people coming back and brings more long-term customers and business. I would just say, watch out for BIG repair lists that any mechanic whips out on you and trust your gut feeling. Always good to get a second opinion in that circumstance. Anyways, I will keep going as long as things are consistent with my last visit and would definately recommend Downtown Hyundai if your needing repairs. I don't know if they use top of the line parts or other technical matters, but my car has been running good for the last 7 years since I've been going there. More
