What a mess! Scheduled a recall appt. for 3 months & then parts were not there! Call and ask for a loner then parts miraculously appear and car is fixed. Came in for a recall appt. I was greeted by Jamaul. He was so professional and kind, keeping me up to date on progress and follow up.
