Gustavo has all the information and the receipt for the reimbursement in the 8 emails back and forth that we have had over two months. I have emailed the receipt twice. No response since April 8th and no check from accounting who he has blamed the delay on.

I am unable to drive the car legally. I'm paying for a car I could potentially be arrested for driving. They sold a car with no title and still do not have the title to the car. The dealership has no timeline for the car registration. Russell has has been rude and unresponsive until this review. It has been over 60 days. They have refused to return the car or fix the issue.

Yeah I’ve been told I would get a phone call February 9 and then February 25 they reached out to see if everything was solved and I told them no because no one ever called me. Here we are March 5 and still no phone call.
