If I could give this dealership a 0 star rating I would. I did not deal with the sales department, I can only speak to the service department. May 28, 2025 I spoke with the service department about a recall that made my Hyundai just shut itself off. I spoke with a woman multiple times setting up an appointment, towing it to the dealership earlier than the appointment, a half hour before the car arrived at the dealership on May 30 to say it was on it's way and was assured every call that I did not need to be with the car. June 1 I received a confirmation about the June 2 appointment. June 2 I had to call the dealership and spoke with Eric. They had no idea who the car belonged to so it just sat there all day! I called again June 3 and was told it may take a week to get the parts for the recall and there were no cars to borrow while they worked on the car. I called back June 12 and Eric told me it would be a few more days. June 17 I called and Eric told me the car was in the bay and they were working on it. He called me later that day to tell me all of the things they recommend fixing. We approved certain items that same day through text link. June 24 I called Eric again and he never returned my call. June 27 I received a text the car was ready for pickup. We picked up the same day and there was no gas in the car. We barely made it to the gas station to fill up. The car was not dropped off to them with low gas. July 1 the tire pressure light came on, we filled at Wawa and it went away. July 2 the check engine light came on. The code was for the fuel tank pressure sensor. July 3 I called the dealership and spoke to someone who was not Eric. I was told he would return my call and never did. I took it to my own mechanic and he took photos of all of the incorrect work done by Hyundai including broken and bent hoses. We took it back to the dealership after calling and finally reaching Eric. July 22 I called to check on the status and was told Eric would call me back. He never did. July 23 I called again. Eric never called me back again. I texted the number I received when dropping off the car and never received a response. July 24 I was texted saying the service advisor asked me to reach out about additional services. I responded asking about the status of my car and never got a response. I called three more times that day, no one knew. July 25 I received a call from Eric that the car was ready to be picked up. We picked it up the same day. July 28 the check engine light came on AGAIN with the code evaporative emission control system problem.July 29 spoke to Eric again. My husband took the car there and Lyfted home. Still no cars to borrow. July 30 the car was ready to be picked up again. Eric handed us the keys and walked away when we were talking to him. It was 102 degrees outside and every time we went there we had our infant in tow. August 22 the battery, oil and check engine light came on again. Our local mechanic believes the gauge for the gas is faulty now. I reached out to Hyundai of Trenton with no response. I reached out to Hyundai corporate to which they told me we authorized the service so there's nothing we can do. I cannot ever recommend them! More

Pete, Russell, and the team at Hyundai of Trenton did it again! We came in last week to execute a lease trade in, and they hit every mark and within the price point my wife and I were comfortable with. Of c again! Of course, irony has it that as soon as the new car was in our lot, our older car started having issues. After some careful thought and prayers, I called Russell to see if he might be able to work his magic twice in a week, and sure enough him and Pete came through, at yet another awesome price within our budget. Feeling a bit overwhelmed at the blessing of having these guys available and willing to delicately help us get the best deal you can get on a new vehicle. Guys, if you’re in the market for a new car, talk to this team, they will make it right, for you, your family, and with a smile. Thanks again Hyundai of Trenton! More
SERVICE DEPARTMENT NIGHTMARE. When bought Sonata here (used) they scheduled a free oil change at 6 month mark. Took it in for that appointment (August 2025) after receiving confirm text day before to which I replied with confirm code. When got there next morning, they said no appointment, then searched and said appointment was day before and I missed. But they fit me in (of course long wait w/"no appointment." Got the free oil change. Of course they diagnosed almost $700 of additional ("maintenance intervals") services; I refused. Nine days later I found huge oil spot on my asphalt driveway. As I drove to street, oil continued trail of leak. Kept car parked in street and made immediate appointment with my local mechanic. He found oil plug loose and filter gasket leaking. Had leaked over time into heat shield until soaked through and overflowed shield. But huge oil spot is there to stay no matter how I absorb or clean. Driveway had been newly sealcoated two weeks before. Never going back to this dealership. Unfortunately Hyundai didn't send me feedback survey. More

Zero stars If I could. Terrible communication from our service advisor. If we didn't call in we would never get an update. Asked for a rental and always told none available and no follow up contacts regarding availability as the vehicle was there for weeks for warranty repairs. They jump started the car when we went to pick it up without telling us, and without offering to sell us a battery. Once we left and stopped the vehicle it was dead again. When this was brought up to management again they had no concern. Never return to this business. More
