was an out of state purchaser, looking for the Lexus RZ450e, I had found one and contacted them. I had to put the purchase on pause to get my service panel upgraded. The vehicle was still on the lot onc RZ450e, I had found one and contacted them. I had to put the purchase on pause to get my service panel upgraded. The vehicle was still on the lot once I was able to move forward. I spent almost a week getting the necessary items they wanted from me. They ran my credit multiple times to different banks, I was under the impression that I was buying the car. They went and sold the car from right under me this weekend as I told them I had to wait until the Monday to get the insurance as the offices were closed. They are a shady dealership that changed their names because of multiple bad reviews. I would not recommend at all. One thing you don’t do is mess with people’s credit. I was 100% buying the car, and they SOLD it while I was in the process of getting insurance on the car. Don’t do business with people who have no regard for people’s time, credit that I worked so hard to get excellent, or moral compass. Shady shady shady dealership. They should be ashamed of themselves. Truly unprofessional. Karma will do its job and get them More

Peter is a fantastic sales person and really helped me and my friend get into a car we needed at a great price. Peter was really knowledgeable of the cars and did not give us the runaround on price. I rea and my friend get into a car we needed at a great price. Peter was really knowledgeable of the cars and did not give us the runaround on price. I read some other reviews about Hyundai of Trenton and Peter regarding warranty issues, Peter did pitch the warranty and other coverages (just like any other car dealership on Earth) but was totally ok when we declined. Was not pushy about anything and really emphasized that he was trying to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall I would buy from Peter and Hyundai of Trenton again. More
Please take your hard earned money and go elsewhere. Read the other 1 star reviews. This dealership is crooked. As you drive up to it, there’s a big sign that says “Under New Management”. There’s a reas Read the other 1 star reviews. This dealership is crooked. As you drive up to it, there’s a big sign that says “Under New Management”. There’s a reason for that. There have major issues and unethical practices, which unfortunately a big banner cannot fix. After driving 2 hours to the dealership, it was only then it was disclosed to me that the used car I was interested in was a Lemon buyback. I took the car for a test drive and it went fine but I was very concerned about it being a Lemon and I got up to leave. My sales person, Peter Lee, brings in Finance Manager, Eric Gomez, who tells me I can buy an Extended Warranty that will add another 6 years to the remaining 4 year factory warranty. They told me I would have peace of mind knowing I had a 10 year warranty, and I purchased the car. When I was leaving, I asked for my paperwork and they said they put it in my glove compartment. That seemed strange to me. When I was reviewing the paperwork in my car, I did not see my extended warranty. I called Peter and I asked him to have Eric send it to me. He told me he would. Then that’s when they both went radio silent. I called and emailed asking about my extended warranty and a service message I was getting on my dashboard. No response. It wasn’t until 2 weeks later that I got an email from Eric with the extended warranty. Nothing on the paperwork talks about an expiration date on the warranty but thankfully I clicked a link to print an ID card and that’s when I saw that my so-called extended warranty ran alongside my factory warranty. Not only did Peter and Eric lie to me about the timing of the warranty so I would buy the car (which only gave me an additional 2 years instead of 6). They also very happily made me pay full price for it. I emailed and called Eric to ask him about their deceptive practices and, no surprise, did not hear back. I was able to reach someone from the Hyundai call center in Ohio that was able to help me cancel my warranty which by the way, had to be done within 30 days to get a full refund. So that explains why they took 2 weeks to email me the warranty information, why they stashed the paperwork in my glove compartment and why no one from that dealership has contacted me. They do what scammers do - they hide. I am seeking legal advice but it might be too late for me. I got greedy. I thought I had a good deal and they low-balled me on my car for a trade-in, which I’m sure sold quickly. So I can’t get that back, especially with the delays that they manufactured. I am writing this in the hopes that others might read this and reconsider. If you have to drive a little further, it will be worth it. This is not a good establishment. More
