Hyundai of Turnersville (NJ) solicited review response. It was slightly disappointing that no one seemed to check my service records and see that I already had a bad experience with the rain sensor. The previous one took a while to get to the dealership and then, it was defective. Someone who checked the record might have sought to order a new sensor prior to my service appointment, especially since I listed that problem when I made the appointment. That a replacement sensor still hasn’t arrived is another experience. For now, I’ll have to make another appointment for a long standing problem if/when the sensor does come in, hopefully in working order. An Aside: One of the service reps came out to the waiting room to remind me that the wiper selector had to be in the “AUTO” position for the sensor to work [you dummy]. Geez, I didn’t realize that all this time. The fact that I showed up for the appointment with the wiper in the “OFF” position probably did not register with him that it was because the “AUTO” selection doesn’t and hasn’t worked for quite a while. Was very satisfied with prior service visits. Hyundai Website soliciting my review would not allow me to "submit" the review. Cancel was the only option!! Nope, still won’t let me submit. Yesterday my car had an appointment for a Coolant Flush, in accordance with my mileage maintenance schedule. I waited for my car, as I typically do. Tammy was my service rep and she was great. I really appreciate that they never try to “sell” me something my car doesn’t need, or doesn’t need yet. They performed a multi-point inspection, which revealed a couple of items that need to be addressed, Tammy assured me that they were not urgent and could wait until my next service appointment. Everyone is professional, but really nice. Waiting area is always clean and inviting. When it was time to “check out” the ladies were lovely. It’s always a pleasure to take my car for service at Hyundai of Turnersville. More

Yesterday I took my car to Hyundai of Turnersville for service. It needed an oil change, tire rotation and alignment, new wipers and the 52,000 mile check up. I’ve been taking my Hyundai to this dealers service. It needed an oil change, tire rotation and alignment, new wipers and the 52,000 mile check up. I’ve been taking my Hyundai to this dealership since we moved to NJ in 2020. They are simply the BEST! They don’t try to sell you service you don’t need. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of your time. I always wait for my car and was only there about 90 minutes. Bill was my service representative and Debbie checked me out. The waiting area is clean, has comfortable seating, large screen TV, with free coffee, water and snacks. The restroom is the cleanest public restroom I’ve ever been in - seriously! This is my 4th Hyundai and I had all of them serviced at a Hyundai dealership! More
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I apologized for my car being so dirty that he couldn’t lean on it to get the vin and when I picked my car up it had been cleaned. First time dealing with their customer service department and they were excellent. Tammy was great to deal with. She told me what was going on and how long it would take.
