Anthony went out of his way to ensure my vehicle issue was taken care of, despite the fact that I was not able to bring it into the facility until late in the afternoon. I pled my case to him and let him know how Kia of Wesley Chapel service department wasted most of my day, just to turn around and tell me it should be brought to the dealer, as it would be covered under warranty. I had only owned the Palisade for a total of 5 days at the time and was terribly upset about the whole situation especially because I was due to go out of town the next day. Anthony listened to my whole story, was very empathetic and in my opinion went above and beyond to get my problem fixed that same day. I am very grateful that he was working that day and was able to help with unfortunate situation. I have previously purchased a Hyundai through Hyundai Of Wesley Chapel and I am glad that I am once again driving a product that can be brought to a facility with such ama ing customer service and quality staff.
