A few months ago, I had a horrible experience at another Hyundai dealership and ended up at Wesley Chapel to get things taken care of in a timely manner. It is important to me that my car can be trusted to Hyundai dealership and ended up at Wesley Chapel to get things taken care of in a timely manner. It is important to me that my car can be trusted to be serviced where I bought it. Since my service was phenomenal, I gave them a chance to see if we could get a better car with more upgraded options. Leonard was fair and worked very hard for the deal that best suited me. He listened to my needs, gave honest opinions, never bashed another brand, and was overall friendly and professional. I have already shared his business card, along with his manager Michael, to my social media page. I know that when I come in to get minor to major things taken care of, Wesley Chapel will treat me right. No worries. And, in a few years, I'll see him for a new car. Thanks for making it happen! I had an appointment for my service and I was greeted outside, but it took 15 mins for someone to come out and ask me what that service is for. As it was a complimentary service my filters were not even outside, but it took 15 mins for someone to come out and ask me what that service is for. As it was a complimentary service my filters were not even checked and replaced. In my two previous complimentary services I was told that the filter was looking good and didn't require replacement, but this time I didn't even get any updates on the filter status. Note that the users manual recommended to replace the filter but as it was free service I believe my filters were not replaced. I am sure if it was not a free service l, dealer would have replaced the filter and charged for parts and labor. More

First I was sent a list of items that I approved to get fixed on my car one of which was an oil change. Only the oil change was completed but they told me my car was done in the come and pick it up. When I got there none of the work was done other than the oil change. I then set an appointment for Wednesday to get everything else fixed and was quoted a price of less than $1,700, but when I got there to drop my car off I was told that it would be around $2,000 because they could not apply the discounts they told me they would. With that being said the experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I did not leave my vehicle to get serviced with you nor will I in the future. More
