I had decided to wait at the dealership during my long service appointment, the usual oil change and recall service. Pedro Rico checked on me a few times while I waited for my car to be done. It can be challenging to get an appointment if you have an issue that needs immediate attention or have to reschedule a day. Sometimes the service members are not as courteous as they could be when you pic an issue that needs immediate attention or have to reschedule a day. Sometimes the service members are not as courteous as they could be when you pick up your vehicle. If they’re on the phone or speaking to another employee, it could be 10 to 15 minutes before they even acknowledge you standing there. The service to the vehicle itself and the service providers that have checked us in have always been good, So that and the convenience of the location is what keeps us returning. More
