I am not happy with the service. My appointment was on a Saturday and they told me they would not work on the car until Monday. So I decided to leave it Monday early in the morning. On Monday afternoon almost the end of the day, I got an update. I decided to go in person to see what was happening. After that, I decided to fix the car issue—left the car overnight. I called and texted twice the day after and didn’t get an update. No communication at all. On Wednesday, I called again and no one responded. Finally, they called back and ended up telling me that what they fixed was not the problem of the car, which they told me at first that was it. I understand things like that can happen, but doing your job of looking at the whole system at first and telling me about, it would’ve been better on my end. That excuse of fixing one thing at a time is not acceptable. I felt I wasn’t taken care of and the lack of communication was most of it. It felt like a rip-off. More
