One of the finance people, Sam, was very condescending. I was ready to walk out if the deal as soon as he started talking. They also allowed the electric car to sit for almost 3 hours knowing I was buying I was ready to walk out if the deal as soon as he started talking. They also allowed the electric car to sit for almost 3 hours knowing I was buying it and they never charged it so I didn’t even get to bring it home. We have waited more than half a day and they still have not delivered the car. The salesman, Majeed, was nice and the person I signed the paperwork with was funny. I don’t know if I’d ever buy another car from Wesley Chapel Honda because the overall experience wasn’t good. More

Took my car in early I had an appointment. I was told it would be two hours when I decided to get the work done. He told me there was not enough time to get it done. I ended up paying for the estimate of the work being done he told me I could leave it there another day to get it done, however I did not have another day off from work and from the time the estimate came all the time the Uber came to pick me up. Only 20 minutes had passed, but he made me feel like I was not a priority that it was a bother to get it done and I told him never mind that I would just pay for the diagnostic charge and take my car elsewhere this was my second Hyundai Sonata that I bought from Wesley Chapel however, I will never buy another Hyundai again. I really didn’t like the way I was treated. More
