I was driving my 2022 hyundai elantra limited hev on a busy road when a red light started flashing telling me to stop immediately and hev service required. The car slowed down and wouldn't let me go passed 10 mph. Turned the car off and on and the warning went away but I started noticing a difference in the hybrid system. Took it to the dealer since it is under warranty. They did an update since it was part of the recall and said the mechanic drove it and said it was fine. On roads I used to get 45 to 50 mpg, I now get 30 to 35 mpg. I've had this car for 2 years, I can tell when something is not right. First they overcharged be because it's a hybrid. Now I am getting the same milage as a regular car so what's the point. The car is having trouble switching to hybrid. The hybrid battery doesn't charge like it used to and runs low very quick. More
Marvin in the service department was MIA since the beginning. Apparently the printer was broken so he said he said he would email (yes, email) my service paperwork to me when he had time to take a pic beginning. He pawned it off on another service advisor, and I never received any email. When he finally sent it, I got a picture of the alignment check machine screen, and the numbers are completely unreadable. MJ was a very good sales person; he had extensive knowledge of our Tuscan Limited. I was unsuccessful in getting the windshield replaced; the reason I can't give a 5 star rating.
