Service was great. My only issue is that my car was ready 20-30 minutes before I got up and asked for my car. Had an appointment for an oil change and recall repair. When first greeted was told 1 hour to 1 1/2. After 2 hours of waiting I asked the service writer and he told me he was just about to go check?? Then When first greeted was told 1 hour to 1 1/2. After 2 hours of waiting I asked the service writer and he told me he was just about to go check?? Then he told me they were getting the recall part to put on. 2 hrs and 40 min later the oil change was done but they did not have the part for the recall????? As a FYI we have been in 3 times for this recall and it's still not completed. Your dealership has the worse service department I have every had to use. And I have to go back again for the recall? How would you feel? More
