Hyundai of Wesley Chapel - Service Center

I purchased a car on 3/2/24 after having test drove on in the 1st. That night it drove perfectly fine and had issues, Saturday we returned to purchase it and finalized everything and upon leaving the lot the the 1st. That night it drove perfectly fine and had issues, Saturday we returned to purchase it and finalized everything and upon leaving the lot the car stalled, the car then stalled twice more the next morning and was returned to the lot within about 12 hours of purchase that Sunday. It is now Wednesday 3/6/24 and it sounds as if they have no idea of the whereabouts of my car that still has my plate on it. Needless to say I'm not very pleased with the experience and am overall rather upset. More

Had our car for over 3 weeks and did not complete any repairs to fix our transmission that they replaced less than 1,000 ago that is now duplicating the same issues. Gave us car back with the gas light o repairs to fix our transmission that they replaced less than 1,000 ago that is now duplicating the same issues. Gave us car back with the gas light on but gave it to them with 1/2 tank. I was told that there were adjustments made to our car yet- no evidence could be found that it was even put on a lift while at your dealership for 25 days. The repair points to the transmission control module but it was not tested in the 25 days you had. We again have a vehicle that is a danger to drive. Everyone is very nice but that doesn't fix the vehicle. More
