Never Again In simple terms, I was told an expensive part had to be ordered in order to solve my issue. After installation of this part, nothing changed. When I addressed this with the service department, one of the managers went as far as texting me how hard it actually would have been to solve the problem after I got my car back!!! Really??!! Another employee told me this would fix the problem when we were orderIng the part?!! So, again I tried to resolve the issue with management even offering to write a positive review if they made the situation right and they refused to accept responsibility. Negligent and unethical practices are ok within the culture at this dealership! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves! I never leave reviews, especially negative reviews, but I will make sure this is blasted throughout the internet so nobody else gets screwed. More

He is a good communicator, thorough in his service, and even makes me laugh. Computer malfunction on 2018 Dodge Charger Took vehicle in for erratic behavior attributed to the computer not the engine. Was told that car wouldn’t accept updates and that a new radio would need to be ordered. Upon following up I was told that the new radio was declined (apparently due to the cost). I am okay with this (for now) as the car has been okay. Service advisor was okay however I always had to call him. He was personable and always advised me to call him if I had any further issues.
