We have purchased a car from this dealer and have exclusively taken our car to this dealer for vehicle service. I would NEVER recommend anyone visit this dealer OR service department. EVERY TIME we h exclusively taken our car to this dealer for vehicle service. I would NEVER recommend anyone visit this dealer OR service department. EVERY TIME we ha e taken our vehicle in the problem we just paid for was not corrected or we have had to take our vehicle back because it was not safe to drive. In the Last year I spent $12000 on vehicle repairs and I have no problem with the cost of maintaining my vehicle BUT 50% of the issues I paid to have fixed have recurred. When reported to the service advisor I was told to bring it in BUT they were still going to charge a diagnostic fee. Again I have no problem with a cost to maintain a vehicle AND I should NOT feel like a got robbed everything I leave. We used this dealer for the LAST time recently. More
