Been a Dodge/Ram owner for 10 years. This was the worst dealership service visit I’ve had in multiple locations across the country. They obviously don’t have good management or oversight since they are unbelievably far behind in their business. Waited six days for an appointment only to find getting an appointment was for a diagnosis and then could be days before they got to it. None of this was clearly communicated up front. I took my car and went directly from dealership to an alternate option where I was immediately greeted, work diagnosed and got my car back same day, work done professionally and fairly. I do NOT recommend this place and go to another dealership if you need work done by Chrysler. More
Christina wasn’t very responsive. Never returned my calls, Called my husbands number which I had left her messages with my number. Had a headlight out in our Jeep. Called local I-10 Jeep Dealer. Spoke with Brian in Service to set up an appointment. He said he could get it handled right away and to bring it in Called local I-10 Jeep Dealer. Spoke with Brian in Service to set up an appointment. The service department had my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 32 days - leaving me having to spend $920 on rental cars. My service rep rarely kept me posted on the repair of my Jeep. He usually called me b for 32 days - leaving me having to spend $920 on rental cars. My service rep rarely kept me posted on the repair of my Jeep. He usually called me back after I had left 2 or 3 messages. It took 16 days (12 business days) to diagnose my Jeep’s issues. Then 5 days to get in all the parts, and then then had it another 11 days and $4000 later to get my Jeep back. My Jeep is no better then when I left it. The steering had a lot of play. Now it still has play,the steering wheel is set off to the left and it has a clunking noise in turns. Trying to get hold of the GM, Paul at the dealership for 2 weeks and no return of calls. Also trying to reach Brian the Service Manager. Still waiting! Would not recommend this service department to anyone. More
