Excellent Had a alternator problem with my 2014 Jeep grands cherokee limited. Took it in to see probably the best costumer service by Mark Stewart. They gave me Had a alternator problem with my 2014 Jeep grands cherokee limited. Took it in to see probably the best costumer service by Mark Stewart. They gave me a rental for a couple of days as my Jeep was getting fixed. Got the Jeep back and had to pay $0 as it had a recall and had other things get fixed and didn’t have to pay for the rental either. Multiple discrepancies Asked for a front brake job and was quoted $280. When they called the cost became $380. i can understand if they found something extra that was needed Asked for a front brake job and was quoted $280. When they called the cost became $380. i can understand if they found something extra that was needed but i asked for specific work upfront. The extra they found was the rear brakes also needed done so wanted a total of $760. Also, they said they would do a car wash and the paperwork said it was done, but it clearly wasnt. Ended up just doing an oil change and rotation. More
