I came in for a 1:30 PM appointment on a Monday for an oil change, tire rotation, and possible alignment. After 2 1/2 hours, I went to the front desk to ask about the status of my car seeing as I had a sc oil change, tire rotation, and possible alignment. After 2 1/2 hours, I went to the front desk to ask about the status of my car seeing as I had a scheduled appointment and dropped it off early at 1:15 PM and let them know that I would be waiting there for it to be finished. I was then notified that my oil change was done and they were JUST starting on the tire rotation and alignment when they realized that an alignment could not be done because I needed two new tires in addition to there being a nail in one of them. I let them know that that was fine. Upon checkout, I asked if they had patched the hole in my tire and the front desk let me know that they did not. I waited at the dealership for three hours for a scheduled oil change that should have taken 20-30 minutes tops. I would not recommend the dealership to anyone for services, nor would I return. More

I found this place after looking for a specific vehicle on cars.com. They were an hour south but I’m so glad I made the drive. I had trouble receiving a military discount from Chrysler for several weeks. When Ashleigh Fournier took over the issue I received the discount check within a week.
