Don't trust this dealer there are a bunch of scammers and selling cars with the mileage turned back and selling mess up vehicles plus there's a bunch of reviews on them with the vehicles people are having pr selling cars with the mileage turned back and selling mess up vehicles plus there's a bunch of reviews on them with the vehicles people are having problems with just beware and go somewhere else cause they don't know how to treat the customer right. I've made a complaint with the security of state police and the attorney general's office against the dealer since they sold me a bad vehicle with the mileage turned back and they don't want to do anything about this. Also, I have a $4,300 repair after having 3 months with this vehicle which I believe the dealer should be liable for this repair since they sold me a lemom More
Title: Deceptive Sales Practices and Disappointing Post-Sale Experience I’m sharing my experience with iDrive Motor Sports to caution others about what I believe to be misleading and unprofessional Post-Sale Experience I’m sharing my experience with iDrive Motor Sports to caution others about what I believe to be misleading and unprofessional practices at this dealership. Here’s what happened with my purchase: Unnecessary Damage During Delivery Upon delivery, the dealership drilled holes in the rear trunk of the SUV to attach the license plate despite the vehicle having a proper license plate bracket. This caused permanent, avoidable damage. Missing Items After Purchase: When I test-drove the vehicle, several items were clearly present, including a mounted radar detector, spare tire, and floor mats. After purchasing, these were missing, with no explanation given. These items appeared to be removed between test drive, purchasing transaction, and delivery. Early Mechanical Failure: Within just two weeks of ownership, the rear airbag suspension system failed, and needs repairs raising serious safety concerns. Vehicle Delivered with an Empty Tank The SUV was handed over with virtually no gas, as I barely made it to the nearest gas station. Imagine experiencing "range anxiety" without even owning an electric vehicle. This shows a lack of basic customer courtesy and preparation. Not an Isolated Case After my experience, I reviewed other customer feedback and found similar complaints @google.com, @cars.com, and other online sources: Vehicles being delivered in poor condition Features or items shown during the sale later removed Post-sale support being unresponsive or dismissive These patterns suggest a broader issue with transparency and customer care at this dealership. Final Thoughts: My experience felt like a classic bait-and-switch: the car I test-drove and agreed to buy was not delivered in the same condition. While I expected to deal with some wear and tear on a used vehicle, I didn’t expect damaged bodywork, missing equipment, or safety concerns. I strongly recommend NOT doing doing business with @iDrive Motor Sports or conducting thorough research and due diligence before purchasing from iDrive Motor Sports—or better yet, consider other dealerships that have stronger reputations for honesty and professionalism.
