Terrible, terrible , terrible , I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler and I explained about a noise I was hearing whenever I hit a small bump. I was told they would fix it and they hurried me up with the paper Wrangler and I explained about a noise I was hearing whenever I hit a small bump. I was told they would fix it and they hurried me up with the paper work.. They did a patch up job but it didn’t fix the problem. I took it to Champion Jeep and was told that there was over $11,000.00 that needed repaired.. So I told the inspector that I had a warranty and he said with that much damage the warrantee company is gonna want to come out and do an inspection. I then contacted Scott back at Indymotors and he said for me to bring the Jeep back there and they will get it repaired. I took it back and they kept it for a week in a half with no contact at all. They never offered me a loaner vehicle and they never called me with an update So I called everyday and they would say the same thing it’s being repaired at another location and they are waiting on parts.. Finally I called and she said it’s ready again I had to call them. I ask for a copy of what they have done and was never given anything.. I drove the Jeep away and the same thing is occurring. They were nice before I purchased and after signing paper work they became distant. The guy Scott who told me to bring the Jeep back told me he passed it to his service department but if you call and ask for the service department she will say they don’t have one.. I have purchased plenty of vehicles in my time and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. When you test drive a car with them please take it somewhere and get a second opinion and don’t trust a word they say. I highly recommend you to please not buy here and go through what I’m going through by dealing with dishonest people. They clearly new from the beginning that the Jeep wasn’t right and then they had plenty of opportunities to make it right but they still choose to get over. They deserve a zero rating! Tony, More

Drove for an hour and arrived for scheduled appointment only to be met by a different sales person stating that he had sold the vehicle I was there to test drive the day before I confirmed its availability. So bogus and not a very efficient way to run a business. We, the customers, value our time! To bad the business could not have been charged for gas and 2 hours of wages for wasting my time. Right hand has no idea what left is doing. Buyers beware! More
