My husband and I were looking for a very specific 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands, and Ed Martin Ford had it in stock! We currently have a 2025 Ford Maverick and wanted to find one that was similarly configured. From the moment we contacted the dealership using their online listing, we were blown away by their commitment to customer service. Our salesperson Keith Collins reached out quickly using my preferred contact method (email) and provided information about the vehicle and the price as we discussed the vehicle. Keith was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout our interaction. There was no pressure to communicate by phone, which is something that was ideal for us and our busy schedules. And we were even able to settle on the pricing and financing before we made the nearly 3 hour drive out there because Keith and their finance manager Kyle Allbright worked with us ahead of time. Kyle even helped us on his day off! When we arrived, the vehicle was clean and ready for us to test drive. Keith introduced himself, and we took the vehicle on a test drive. We loved the vehicle, and we quickly went through the final steps to purchase and finance the vehicle. We were out of the dealership with plenty of time to spare for our trip home. From the moment we arrived at the dealership, we were treated as if we were regular customers even though we had driven from far away. We are very appreciative of the fantastic service we received and would return to Ed Martin if they had a vehicle we want. We absolutely recommend Keith Collins at Ed Martin Ford! Thank you!

When I finally went to the service desk to check on it. It was ready and sitting outside. I have no idea of how long it had been completed. Overall, still a good experience and I will be back!
