Took my wife's Q70L in for an oil change & to diagnose a vibration in the steering wheel when braking, as well as a vibration when at 80 MPH. I would never buy or recommend anyone buy a car there. Service yes...new car no way. Do some training and teach your sales team to smile and greet anyone and everyone who steps onto that sales floor.
