In the mean time, I got to drive around a loaner which has convinced me to stick with Infiniti when I replace my 2009 convertible ... the car is fabulous to drive and the service Dept is great, plus the Infiniti warranty is the best! (No paying for oil changes, loaner while serviced, or rad waiting room... love!) More
