Appointment process on-line was great and Clark met me in the service bay at the scheduled time. The loaner vehicle was ready and once the oil change was complete I was notified immediately. When I returned to pick up my vehicle it was spotless. The service technician also did a change to the settings at my request with no hesitation. Chris Madigan did a truly exceptional job helping me with the final warranty service on my 2007 Infiniti M35X. I purchased an extended warranty with this car when it was new. Coming up on the end of th the final warranty service on my 2007 Infiniti M35X. I purchased an extended warranty with this car when it was new. Coming up on the end of the 7 year warranty period, I wanted to get the car in exceptional shape and complete any required work while still under warranty. Chris and the service department thoroughly inspected the car and discovered several needs, including replacement of the driver's seat frame and elimination of some leaks. All of the work was all completed within 24 hours and my car is now ready for an extended run with hopefully very few problems. While most service departments would likely have just completed work that I specified, Infiiniti of Denver found several things that I did not know about. The work was completed very professionally and at a cost of less than I expected. Needless to say, I am very satisfied customer. More

I've worked with Nate before & I trust his professional demeanor. He greets me because he remembers me which is great as a customer because I know he see's so many people daily. He clearly listens to my objectives, concerns & answers any questions I have. A few times I have needed to retrieve possessions from my car. Nate is always easy to find in his office or walking around the service area so that I can ask him to retrieve these items from my Infiniti. Nate does this so politely as it is never an inconvenience to him & better yet he does it with a friendly demeanor so that I personally feel that I'm not intruding on his time. One of the traits that I genuinely appreciate about Nate is he will give his customers updates on the service being performed. This is valuable to me as a customer because every time I've asked where in the process they are or what work has been completed. Nate will give me a full explanation. I appreciate this because logically I know he has other customers and responsibilities so his attention to every customers inquiries is an impressive ability to multi task & provide above average service. I rely on my car immensely for the safety of my child as well as transportation. I need to be able to trust and be treated with respect by the people I'm relying on to maintenance one of my biggest assets. Nate has always been very positive and friendly and he is an asset to Infiniti.
