We have been going there since 2004! We bought another Infiniti last year because not only is it great car but because of the service department. My 20 year old G35 had some big issues to be dealt with. Every one of them were solved. Altho 2 days was a long time to wait, Brian checked in with me at different times to keep me updated on progress. Every one of them were solved. The technicians were very thorough and drove the car for 8 miles to make sure all was well with one particular issue. The report was very explicit and helpful. Brian even requested that the leather inside of the car be reconditioned and that was a great touch. I love my car! Part of that is because of the Thousand Oaks dealership people. Every one of them was/is friendly and helpful, from check-in to pay and go. Thank you!!! More
