My vehicle was kept multiple days after the promised delivery date. Personal items inside my vehicle appeared to have been run over by my vehicle. They were damaged to the point they had to be thrown aw delivery date. Personal items inside my vehicle appeared to have been run over by my vehicle. They were damaged to the point they had to be thrown away and I had to purchase new. I was promised a complementary detail as an apology for poor service and significant delay, and when I later called to schedule it, I was told it would not be honored because my advisor did not note it. Lastly, I took my car to another Infinity service department and discovered that work and parts that Thousand Oaks had charged me for had not been completed. This is fraudulent activity and an egregious display of negligence. More
