I requested Fabian and ended up with Alba. She didn't seem friendly and warm. While in her office she took and call from another customer and it seemed to me that she was going back and forth She didn't seem friendly and warm. While in her office she took and call from another customer and it seemed to me that she was going back and forth with the customer on the phone. Not professional, instead of taking care of me while I was in her office she decided to pick up the phone and keep me waiting while I heard the entire conversation of her kinda of arguing with a customer in the other end of the phone.
