It was with the service department only. There were several things that needed to be done with the vehicle however after over 2 hrs. I called in and when I came to pick it up was told all th There were several things that needed to be done with the vehicle however after over 2 hrs. I called in and when I came to pick it up was told all that was found. When I question what some of it was and what would cause it, the service person was not able to answer and also did not bring in someone that knew the answers. Lastly one of them was a hole in one of the tires where if called I would have had them fix while rotating the tires, when I as if the dealership could do I was told yes but the wait would be much longer because the had to take the tire off again. Makes no sense to me, I would have approved it so now I am taking to a tire dealer. More
Julio, Abba and Patty and Bryan are all excellent at giving excellent service. The last time I was there, Julio went above and beyond to address a few issues I had.
