How would you rate Patricia Ramirez is who took care of me. I was told when I made the appointment it would take 45mins to an hour and said yes that I'd be staying to wait. To be clear, Patricia was amazin me. I was told when I made the appointment it would take 45mins to an hour and said yes that I'd be staying to wait. To be clear, Patricia was amazing. She checked me in quickly and was very friendly. It ended up taking 2 1/2 hours for my scheduled oil change, tire rotation, and wash. Which was done by Patricia, who was literally running around in the heat to take care of it. I understand you were under staffed, it happens. But the delay ended up effecting my day. If I had known that morning that you were behind I would have rescheduled or been able to make the necessary arrangements on my end. Again Patricia was great and an amazing multitasker. More
