Worst experience at Infiniti Service since we bought out two cars. Brought our car in to replace the Radiator and while it was there for a radiator replacement they decided to power spray wash our wheels two cars. Brought our car in to replace the Radiator and while it was there for a radiator replacement they decided to power spray wash our wheels and blasted the paint off all 4 wheels then blamed the issue on the cars age. We never told them to power wash our car. They just did it without our permission.. when we asked what happened they said the car was old and wasn’t their fault. We told them they needed to fix the worst wheel at a minimum and we would just let the other three go. They agreed to have the one wheel repainted and we were somewhat satisfied when we picked up the car. However somehow when driving home the center cap must have come off on the freeway and is lost forever. Now the wheel looks even worse without the center cap. Infiniti service has refused to replace the center cap which is $200+. We even offered to split the cost with the dealer so they would work with us and they refused to pay any part. The way we were treated from the beginning only shows that Infiniti does not care about doing the right thing. They have lost a customer forever. We will also be writing a letter to corporate regarding how terrible we were treated and now our car looks like crap after paying nearly $2000 for a radiator and they ruined our car. More
