Since acquiring my vehicle in December, my interactions have been a nightmare, with the dealership failing spectacularly to fulfill basic obligations such as vehicle registration and titling. The silence is deafening—no responses, no clear answers, just a void where customer support should be. Their incompetence is not limited to mere silence; it extends to a baffling inability to manage paperwork. Documents essential to my purchase have been botched not once, but twice, an error that transcends carelessness and ventures into the realm of sheer negligence. Official documents that should have been mine by right remain undelivered despite repeated requests, alongside other items they've declared owe me. This dealership has not only failed to provide the most fundamental services expected but has also shown a flagrant disregard for transparency, accountability, and basic decency. Being new residents in Florida, I found Infiniti of Melbourne via a Google search. I called and spoke with Rob in the service department and he was super helpful. He was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the next morning. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Rob as I pulled up. He was professional and promptly got me checked in. He checked over the car and told me how long it would take. I waited in the comfortable waiting area and Rob informed me of a couple of things my car would benefit from in addition to the regular service I had requested. He was not one of those “High Pressure” guys. I walked around the dealership looking at other vehicles and had the pleasure to meet a Salesperson named Tunde. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. She also was very low pressure. If I was in the market for another Infiniti, I would certainly go back and see her again. The car was ready in the time I was promised and they even gave it a complimentary car wash too. I really enjoyed the experience at Infiniti of Melbourne. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and the experience of being treated like family. More
