Being new residents in Florida, I found Infiniti of Melbourne via a Google search. I called and spoke with Rob in the service department and he was super helpful. He was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the next morning. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Rob as I pulled up. He was professional and promptly got me checked in. He checked over the car and told me how long it would take. I waited in the comfortable waiting area and Rob informed me of a couple of things my car would benefit from in addition to the regular service I had requested. He was not one of those “High Pressure” guys. I walked around the dealership looking at other vehicles and had the pleasure to meet a Salesperson named Tunde. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. She also was very low pressure. If I was in the market for another Infiniti, I would certainly go back and see her again. The car was ready in the time I was promised and they even gave it a complimentary car wash too. I really enjoyed the experience at Infiniti of Melbourne. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and the experience of being treated like family. More
