My experience buying a car from Infiniti of Melbourne was beyond exceptional. After searching for a vehicle, I expanded my search to 150 miles and found car at this dealership that was over 100 miles from m beyond exceptional. After searching for a vehicle, I expanded my search to 150 miles and found car at this dealership that was over 100 miles from my home. My initial interaction was with Mr. Tom “Rooster” Cox the sales representative who I would eventually purchase my car from. He immediately sent me information about the car including a personal video that he composed to show me the features of the car both inside and out. Because of my work, I was not able to get to the dealership for several days, but Tom offered to drive the vehicle to my area as an option! Our experience at the dealership was great. Tom let us test drive the car and also showed us some of the new Infiniti vehicles at the dealership that were possibilities as well. We met the sales manager, Mr. Paul Dodge, who was also very helpful in our purchase negotiations. We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Alex Braun, the financial advisor, who was very informative and helpful in our purchase and saved us money with getting our tags. The team at the dealership was great and got us on the road on the same day. Tom helped us with our final paperwork and met us at a restaurant not far from our home to finish the purchase later in the week and even picked up the tab for the meal! He even brought down an extra set keys for the car that he delivered to my office. My wife and I are truly amazed and grateful for the great service that we experienced at this dealership! We have never encountered such service and kindness. They made the process of buying a car a truly amazing experience. We highly recommend Infiniti of Melbourne and especially buying a car from Tom! It was truly worth the drive up from the Palm Beaches! We would do it again! More
