Working with Infiniti of Melbourne was definitely one of the best car buying experiences we've had in many years of buying and leasing cars. We worked with Jackie Pantane who was helpful and informative, but not pushy. No silly games with multiple management members having to talk to you (like we experienced at the BMW dealership). The Sales Manager Frank simply made us a fair offer and we accepted! Then they finished all the paperwork within 1 1/2 hours and we we we on our way in our new car… that we LOVE!
