Honestly one of the best car buying experiences ever! When I arrived at the dealership I was meet by Nick Lagges, Sales Manager, outside. He took the time to listen and showed me a few QX vehicles. Non where QX70's. Nick explained the QX70 might be hard to find. He introduced me to Patrick Herrero, Sales and Leasing Consultant, Patrick became my primary contact. Patrick stated that QX70's might be hard to find but not impossible. My fortune changed the next day when Patrick informed me that a 2013 fx37 was being traded. I setup to inspect the next day. FX37 renamed QX70 2014 - 2017. Timing is everything. We ended up purchasing this vehicle. I had the pleasure to address repair service contract pricing with Jessica Stern. Jessica's no pressure approached allowed me time to make my decisions. During the end of the process I meet Chris Saraceno, VP - Partner, Chris's very warm welcome along with his business card advising to call him anytime to discuss any concerns.
