Dana Ryder... a man of the people May I say more than the title. We went up to Melbourne to see some family and decided to make a trip to the local Infiniti dealership in Melbourne on May I say more than the title. We went up to Melbourne to see some family and decided to make a trip to the local Infiniti dealership in Melbourne on a Friday evening (15 minutes before closing time). Dana approached us with a big smile and a great attitude and made us feel extremely welcomed when other sales people would've rushed us off the lot. Dana listened to every concern we had an answered all of our crazy requests (even asking him to drive us around in the car so we could feel how it rode). Dana was extremely patient and transparent with us while we test drove an assortment of cars from other dealerships in the neighborhood, he even answered our ridiculous questions on a Sunday evening well after business hours. Needless to say we bought the car and will be back to see Dana and the rest of the gang at Infiniti of Melbourne (and we live all the way in Miami). I wouldn't buy anywhere else and highly recommend this dealership! More

I had wonderful help from Dana and continued on to Tim Kelley the general manager for help for the financial part of the deal..amazing care and a calm approach. Chris Engler is a keeper. I dread car shopping and going to dealerships, however i met Chri Engler at a local event and he invited me to come and see him at Infiniti after i t I dread car shopping and going to dealerships, however i met Chri Engler at a local event and he invited me to come and see him at Infiniti after i told him my car was old and it was time for a newer one. He understood my needs, there was zero pressure involved he asked all the right questions and a few days later he found the car i wanted. I went back to drive it, loved it and it was priced right. This is the type of car salesman people need, he is kind, personable and friendly. This was a stress free experience and i would recommend Chris. More

Great overall experience using this dealership Carrie happened to greet us in the parking lot. After hearing we were interested in a certified pre owned infinity with low milage she showed us a 201 Carrie happened to greet us in the parking lot. After hearing we were interested in a certified pre owned infinity with low milage she showed us a 2017 Infinity with 11,000 miles . We bought it right away. It was perfect for us. And we had been to a few other dealerships shopping prior to our visit to the Infinity dealership. . There were a couple issues with a couple of minor scratches And Carrie ensured they were taken care of . Carrie worked directly with the service team on our behalf. When she said she would follow up to ensure everything would be done to our satisfaction she delivered. It is obvious she takes customer service very seriously. We would highly recommend her. More

As easy as car buying could get. Infiniti of Melbourne, specifically Carrie States, made it very simple to lease my current Q60. I have leased several Infiniti's in a row and this Infiniti of Melbourne, specifically Carrie States, made it very simple to lease my current Q60. I have leased several Infiniti's in a row and this was by far the most efficient and pleasant process I have had to date. They were able to give a great rate with the car I wanted right away, with none of the standard high price quotes, hoping to negotiate back and forth many time. Carrie was very knowledgeable also excellent to work with and was one of the main reasons I went with this dealership. She was able to text everything I needed after hours to help me get to the dealership and have the process already under way, and be in and out in no time.
