I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my life from many dealers and I would have to rate my experience with this dealership as number one, Yes number one! I always do my research and I know exactly what vehicle I want and how much I am willing to pay for it. I was inquiring about a used q-50 and was going to make the trip, about 75 miles from me. The vehicle I was interested in sold before I could get there but my salesman Patrick called and advised me of this before I made the drive. They had a similar car, one year newer with a few more miles than the one I was interested in but .I also had located the same year car at a dealership approximately a 3 hour drive from me for about $3000..00 less than their price. I was only doing a courtesy drive by as they were in the same direction I was going and I did not think they could make the numbers work! After a few hours of negotiations and a good trade in value on my car the deal was done. They also provided the financing and the payment came in lower than the number I told them I had to be at, I highly recommend Patrick and manager Tim Kelly for their professionalism and the ability to make a deal work that I did not think was possible.. We had gone to Infiniti of Melbourne and were initially interested in purchasing TWO preowned vehicles - a QX60 and a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo but when we inquired about what the numbers would be just for the QX60, we got blown completely blown off. Tim Kelley texted back saying "we'll deal with this in the morning". Not only did he NOT respond in the morning but never even called us!!! SO we bought a Cadillac at Coggin Mercedes Benz of Ft. Pierce!!! Dan and Doug were nice, helpful, and professional...3 hours and done deal PLUS they met what Infiniti offered for the 2 vehicles we traded in!! Infiniti of Melbourne only wants easy money...they can't even respond via text!! How rude!! Coggin researched all their dealerships to help us find a vehicle and brought the car to us!!! My wife and I had been researching and shopping for an automobile for several weeks. We went as far as Orlando looking for a particular model vehicle. After a couple of bad test drives and a couple of bait and switch dealers we were quite disheartened. Saturday night we found a new listing for that vehicle at Melbourne Infiniti. We decided to give it one more go on a Sunday and were actually blown away at the level of service we received, the condition of the vehicle, the absolutely low pressure sales approach. To say the least it was an exceptional experience. A very first for me. This is the way automobile salesmanship should be. We were greeted by a young man named Todd Cook, who showed us the vehicle we were interested in and immediately let us test drive it. No pressure at all. This was followed up by a stop by from the GM Tim Kelly to make sure all was good. We were paying cash but still spoke with Danny the finance manager (great guy) and purchased an additional warranty since the car we purchased was about to expire. I'm in my mid 60"s and this is the best dealer I have ever purchased from. We did not even buy an Infinity brand vehicle and we still felt that we were treated with exceptional respect. I cannot be more pleased and I highly recommend this dealership! More
