My service advisor Sue went the extra mile! I bought my Infiniti at another dealership and was promised a software update but they didn’t come through with it. Sue handled everything for me, fro I bought my Infiniti at another dealership and was promised a software update but they didn’t come through with it. Sue handled everything for me, from obtaining the authorization from selling dealership (which was no easy task) to ensuring I had a loaner vehicle during the time my vehicle was at Inifinti of Melbourne.
