Every step of the way, she was on top of things - came outside to greet me, honestly discussed the price since I wasn't filing a claim after all, didn't bat an eye when I asked for two other things to be reviewed during the repair service, had my loaner all ready to go in front of service area, and then processed my payment over the phone and had my paperwork ready at pickup so I could dash out the door.
