I have bought many new cars in my life and I didn't anticipate being able to strike my deal but I was dead wrong. Chase and Chuck we completely open on price and played no games, we got the numbers to where i wanted them to be and inked the deal - these guys are fantastic and now have a customer for life! I appreciated the no nonsense approach and the professionalism on how I was treated. I drove from Kissimmee Florida to buy my new 2014 Q50 from them because the one located in Orlando the sales reps where like leeches trying to suck the blood from me. Orlando sales reps could never give me a straight answer not even on the price of the car or the trade in the numbers always changed. I was dealing with the Orlando location for a month. I mean that was absurd. I called the Melbourne location within 10 mins. Yes 10 mins no exaggeration they gave me my quote and within 30 mins faxed me my paper work. I went in the same day within 3 hours I was out with my car. Chase my sales rep gave me the run down of the features and functions of my car. I got a great deal with my military discounts and great value for my trade in. I got exactly what I was asking for with the Orlando location that Melbourne had no problem giving me. If you want great service and straight answers do yourself a favor Melbourne. Its was worth the extra miles to get there!!! More
